Description

Our desulphurization pump is built for continuous operation in flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems. It handles corrosive, abrasive slurries containing limestone, gypsum, and other chemical media. We use silicon carbide composite ceramic and high-chromium alloy for all wet-end parts to resist wear and acid corrosion over long running hours. The hydraulic design is optimized for stable suction and reduced plugging, matching the working conditions of power plants and industrial environmental protection systems. Every desulphurization pump is assembled and tested in our own machining and casting workshops to ensure consistent performance.

FAQ

Q: What materials are used in the desulphurization pump to resist corrosion?

A: Wet-end parts use silicon carbide composite ceramic, and the casing uses high-chromium alloy, both designed to resist acid, alkali, and abrasive slurry in desulfurization systems.

Q: Can this pump run continuously for 24 hours?

A: Yes, the structure and cooling system support 24hour nonstop operation under rated working conditions.

Q: How long is the service life of wearing parts?

A: Under normal desulfurization working conditions, ceramic wet-end parts can be used for 8–12 months before replacement is needed
