Structural Features
▲The vertical slurry pump's body, impeller, and other fluid-wetting components are made of a variety of wear-resistant white high-chromium castings, offering excellent corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and erosion resistance.
▲All components contacting the media are made of rubber, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
▲The pump has no shaft seal, and the pump head operates submerged in the liquid. It is often installed in a pit and can be fixed to the pit's formwork or suspended.
The bearings are grease-lubricated for easy maintenance.
A suction pipe can be installed at the pump's lower inlet to facilitate suction of high-concentration slurries from below.
▲Suitable for intermittent operation, it covers a wide range of operating conditions.
The impeller position can be easily adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the shim between the bearing body and the bracket.
▲The bidirectional suction impeller effectively reduces axial loads.

Mainly used for treating slurries containing sand and stone particles or for pumping materials from foundation pits and mixing tanks.
Environmental Protection and Wastewater Treatment
Mainly used for treating industrial or municipal wastewater containing large amounts of suspended solids and impurities, and is particularly suitable for pumping slurries from deep tanks and reaction tanks.
