1. Sand Slurry Pump Head

The sand slurry pump head of the ZJ series sand slurry pump consists of a sand slurry pump casing, impeller, and shaft sealing device. The sand slurry pump head is connected to the bracket by bolts. The sand slurry pump outlet can be adjusted to eight different positions at 45-degree intervals for installation.

The sand slurry pump casing uses a double-shell structure. The outer layer is a metal sand slurry pump casing (including front and rear sand slurry pump casings), typically made of HT200 or QT500-7. The inner layer can be made of high-chromium alloy cast iron (including the volute and front/rear liner plates) or rubber (including front and rear liners).

The impeller comprises front and rear shrouds, blades, and back blades. The blades are typically 3-6 twisted blades. The back blades are usually 8 in number, located on the outer sides of the front and rear shrouds. The impeller, made of high-chromium alloy cast iron, is connected to the shaft via a thread.

The shaft sealing device is available in three forms:

* Auxiliary impeller with packing combination seal

* Packing seal

* Mechanical seal

The auxiliary impeller and packing combination seal consists of a stuffing box, auxiliary impeller, seal cage, packing, gland, and shaft sleeve.

The packing seal consists of a stuffing box, spacer sleeve, seal cage, packing, gland, and shaft sleeve.

The mechanical seal consists of a stuffing box, spacer sleeve, mechanical seal, gland, and shaft sleeve.

2. Bracket Part

The bracket part has two structures: horizontal split type and cylinder type.

The horizontal split bracket has two types: oil lubrication and grease lubrication. The oil lubrication bracket is mainly composed of a bracket body, bracket cover, shaft, bearing housing, bearings, bearing gland, nuts, and grease seals. Sand slurry pumps model 150ZJ and above also include a water cooling device.

Compared to the oil lubrication bracket, the grease lubrication bracket adds an embedded bearing cover and oil cups, and removes the water cooling device.

The cylinder bracket uses grease lubrication. It is mainly composed of a bracket body, bearing housing, shaft, bearings, bearing gland, oil seals, and oil cups. This bracket is only suitable for sand slurry pumps model 200ZJ and below with low power.
