Structural Features
1.The small slurry pump is engineered for heavy-duty and severe operating conditions. It features a short shaft overhang and a large shaft diameter, which work in concert to provide exceptional rigidity and stable operation.
2.The shaft is fitted with a hardened stainless steel sleeve. The sleeve, which is installed with a clearance fit and sealed at both ends with O-rings, protects the shaft from wear and corrosion.
3.The impeller features auxiliary blades on either its front or back shroud. This design reduces recirculation and seal chamber pressure. Furthermore, additional measures such as a wider flow passage and concave blade profiles are employed to enhance flow capacity and abrasion resistance, thereby extending the service life.

It comprises three production sites: the main production plant, the Zhengrong branch, and the Qigong branch, covering a total area of 198,000 square meters and boasting an annual designed production capacity of 10,000 tons.
