High Head Slurry Pump Advantages
Our high head slurry pump is engineered for robust performance and ease of maintenance. Its core pressure-bearing component is a ductile iron casing, designed with an axially split double-sleeve configuration. This housing incorporates a wear-resistant liner that is independent of the main casing, allowing for straightforward maintenance and replacement. The pump is securely mounted and features external adjustment for the impeller-to-suction plate gap, eliminating the need for disassembly. A reliable sealing system, offering options such as gland packing, mechanical seals, or expeller seals, effectively prevents slurry leakage. Furthermore, the unit's compact design ensures a minimal footprint, making it ideal for space-constrained installations.
Our Factory
Zhengrong Pump Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 and is headquartered at No. 41 Xingye Street, Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone. It comprises three production sites: the main production plant, the Zhengrong branch, and the Qigong branch, covering a total area of 198,000 square meters and boasting an annual designed production capacity of 10,000 tons. Each site features independent production lines integrating casting, heat treatment, machining, assembly, inspection, and testing.
The company boasts three advanced and comprehensive production lines, all equipped with fully automated resin sand regeneration lines, patented American medium-frequency furnace technology, industry-leading heat treatment furnaces, and a GS1000 vacuum direct-reading spectrometer from German OBLF. To increase dredge pump production capacity, the company invested over 50 million yuan to optimize its large-scale dredge pump production line.
